the staff at tacande portals hotel were super friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast was delish, with tons of choices. the pools were clean and always had sunbeds available. the room was comfy, and loved the little extra like the mini fridge and tea maker. also, the location was great, just a short walk to the beach!

only downsides were the fire alarm going off super early a few times and the bed was a bit uncomfortable with a gap between the singles. also, could use more soundproofing against loud guests in the halls.

Great massage and facial treatments made the stay worthwhile. Steep hill to town was tough.

After a short walk to the beach, we discovered the uphill trek to town could be a real drag—especially after a dinner out when you’re ready to crash. The swim-up pool room we paid extra for turned out to be more of a puddle than a pool, making sunbathing and swimming in privacy a bust since the main pools were packed. the hotel offers limited shuttle service to Palma, operating just two days a week with only a handful of time slots, leaving us stranded a few times after outings. Lastly, while the breakfast was decent, it became a bit repetitive after a few days with identical offerings waiting in the buffet.

I'd go back for the pools!

Just spent 2 nights and had a blast. The pools are gorgeous and under these tall trees. The staff were super friendly, especially at the front desk. Got a nice beach umbrella for my day at the beach, which was awesome. The only bummer was the food options at the bar were kinda limited.

It was just an optimal selection for short visits in Portals Nous (Mallorca) with outstanding value. The pool bar served some great cocktails and the staff were super attentive, making our time relaxing. If you want good beach access, make sure to head out early to grab a sunbed.

Enjoyed my stay with a spacious room featuring a large balcony that had a stunning view. The outdoor pool and the spa lounge offered great relaxation options after a day of exploring. The only minor thing was that the balcony furniture could've been cleaner, but it didn’t take away from the overall vibe. 😌
